What sizes do AdaptABox containers come in?
We offer two standard sizes: 20ft and 40ft. The 20ft unit is perfect for compact conversions like kiosks, bars, or solo workspaces, while the 40ft option offers more room for larger-scale conversions such as commercial kitchens, multi-desk offices, or retail environments.
What’s the difference between a premade and bespoke container?
Premade units are fully designed, fitted-out, and ready to go. You choose from our catalogue of set layouts and finishes at a fixed price.
Bespoke units are fully customisable, you can choose the layout, finishes, fixtures, flooring, insulation, surfaces, and more. The final cost is based on your choices and the complexity of the fit-out.
How much does a container conversion cost?
Prices vary depending on the size (20ft or 40ft), type of conversion (bar, office, kitchen, etc.), and whether you go for a premade or bespoke design. Premade models have set prices, while bespoke projects are quoted based on your specifications.
Can I fully customise the design of my container?
Yes! Our bespoke pathway allows you to design your container to match your needs and taste. From flooring and wall finishes to lighting, plug sockets, windows, and tech features. You choose the elements, and we’ll bring it to life.
Do the containers come insulated and weatherproofed?
Absolutely. All of our units are weatherproof as standard, and insulation options (including thermal and acoustic) are available depending on your needs. We’ll guide you through the best options for your use case during the design process.
