All of our converted shipping containers are tailored to your needs — from interior finishes and electrical fit-outs to fully bespoke container gyms, retail units, pop-up shops or home offices. Build & Shipping Information
Every ADAPTABOX unit is built to order, designed with care and precision to meet your exact needs. Once your order is confirmed, please allow approximately 21 days for construction. After completion, shipping typically takes a few additional working days depending on your location.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and send a notification once your container is on the move. If you have questions about lead times or logistics before ordering, feel free to reach out.

Site Preparation & Access
Before your ADAPTABOX arrives, it’s important to make sure your site is ready. This includes checking access for large delivery vehicles, ensuring the ground is level and stable, and having enough space to safely position your unit.
If you’re unsure whether your location is suitable, our team can help advise based on photos, measurements, or a quick site plan. Proper preparation helps avoid delays and ensures a smooth delivery day.

Aftercare & Maintenance
Once your container is delivered, we want to make sure it continues to perform and look its best. That’s why we provide guidance on general maintenance, weatherproofing checks, and how to care for your ADAPTABOX over time.
If you experience any issues post-delivery or need recommendations on upkeep, our support doesn’t stop when your unit arrives. We're happy to assist with aftercare advice or connect you with trusted service providers if needed.

All of our converted containers come with full insulation to ensure year-round comfort, whether you're using it as an office, studio, or extra workspace. Interiors can include a range of finishes, from durable wall panels and wipeable surfaces to high-quality flooring, lighting, and electrical fittings - tailored to suit both style and function.
Site Requirements
Before delivery, we recommend ensuring your site has level ground with adequate access for a lorry and crane offload. Most containers are delivered using HIAB vehicles, so overhead clearance and space to manoeuvre are essential. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to guide you through what’s needed to ensure a smooth installation.
Power Supply & Wiring
All of our converted containers can be fitted with internal wiring, sockets, and lighting to suit your needs-whether for office use, storage, or specialist purposes. We’ll talk you through the available options and power requirements during the process, and units are supplied with a connection point ready for a certified electrician to hook up on site.
