What affects the price
Four things that shape your quote.
Size
The container size is the biggest single factor — more floor area means more materials and more fit-out.
Layout
Shower rooms, kitchens and internal walls add cost. Open-plan layouts keep things lean.
Finishes
Cladding, flooring, glazing and fittings range from practical to premium.
Your site
Access, the base, utility connections and delivery distance all play a part.

Questions
Good to know
What isn’t usually included in the price?
Planning fees, groundworks and foundations, and utility connections are usually separate from the build. We’ll be clear about exactly what’s included in your quote.
Is a container home cheaper than a traditional build?
It can be, because much of the work happens off-site in our workshop. The total depends on your design and site, so we’ll give you a clear, itemised quote rather than a guess.
How accurate is the price in the 3D designer?
It’s an indicative starting point based on the options you choose. Your firm quote follows a consultation where we confirm the details and your site.
